FLORAL DESIGN


Floral design that is beautiful, natural and always a little wild! We love mixing it up with a range of colours and textures, from punchy bold palettes to soft romantic ones. We work alongside local flower farmers to provide the best in-season blooms, while also sourcing from international growers in Holland, Italy and South Africa. A few of our signature favourites include the anemone, Icelandic poppy, protea and sweetpea on the vine!

Floral + Event design packages are about bringing in your personality! By considering every visual aspect of your event, we are able to create a cohesive story that flows throughout the day, from one space to the next. With our creative direction, we help you select all the little details from linens and flatware to ribbons and favours that will highlight your personality and make your event truly unique. You will also have access to our growing selection of décor items, like chalices, arbors, and pedestals.

  • We operate out of a private studio in Cambridge, Ontario.

  • As we are a private floral studio we don’t keep set hours, which allows flexibility to fulfill orders, make deliveries, and set up for events.

  • All events are different, we have worked on smaller projects to more elaborate designs. The average spend for full floral design services is between $6,500-$8,500.

    We offer full wedding and event design, specializing in floral, event management and event styling – an investment that begins at $6500, which can range from floral design to decor rental.

    We do our best to work with you and show you how to get the best out of your budget!

  • It’s best to come prepared with a list of your floral needs and wants, a general colour palette, and budget. You can also include details such as preferred flowers, other décor inspiration and a picture of your dress or suit! We consider all of these details in order to create a cohesive look that flows for your day.

  • Things can book up quickly! We start accepting clients 18-12 months before their event and confirm their selection and numbers closer to the date.

  • There is a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This is paid after the initial consultation, before the detailed floral plan is presented and confirmed.

  • For our 2023 season, we are looking forward to focusing on artistic creativity, selecting our clients and workflow carefully and taking on one event per day, where possible.

    Each event requires a different level of execution and attention, which is taken into account accordingly.

  • Yes! We love to be able to do a walk-through with you of your event space. There is a $150 flat fee for a 1 hour consultation for a-la-carte clients. Travel expenses may apply if you are outside the tri-cities.

  • Yes! In order to make sure our work is displayed and presented properly we prefer to do the set up. Delivery and set up rates will be based on the size of the order, the set up and team required, and the location. All of this will be outlined and discussed in detail during your consultation.

  • Yes! A great way to save on your floral budget is to source your own vases. We also offer rentals of many items, such as premium chalice vases, candles, arbors, and stands.
